We have noticed some customers have moved to BT Digital phone lines as BT have now stopped connecting analogue lines.
This means the caller ID service no longer works with your EPOS due to this new technology.
To get around this you need to contact BT Business on 0800 800 152 and ask for a BT Analogue Phone Adaptor. They have a one time cost of £75.
Like the one shown below.

You can normally order a BT engineer to install this for you at the time of ordering. At the moment you cannot plug this in yourself and set it up, it requires an engineer to install this for you.
Once this has been completed we can visit your shop and connect this to your EPOS. Please remember this maybe a chargable call out depending on the support plan you have in place.
